🛡 Free from defects in workmanship resulting in loss of or faulty function (under normal use and conditions).
🛡 All work up to code at date of service.
🛡 Warranty is void if any modifications are made to the work provided by Mike’s Electric.
🛡 Warranty is void if loss of or faulty function is caused by the negligence of the customer.

🛡 1 Year from service date.
🛡 All materials covered.
🛡 Does not cover consumable products (including but not limited to lamps and ballasts).
🛡 Does not cover products that become obsolete due to advances in technology.
🛡 Does not cover any materials listed as “special order” or “non-returnable” in your bid/estimate.
Coverage applies exclusively to the original customer for the specific work performed by Mike’s Electric. This warranty is non‑transferable and becomes void if ownership of the property changes. All service must be performed by Mike’s Electric to remain eligible for coverage.
