Estimates: There is generally NO charge for most requests for Bids or Estimates.

Our Warranty:

Mike’s Electric is proud to stand behind our work. We guarantee workmanship and parts as stated below. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original customer.

Workmanship:

• 5 years from service date.
• Free from defects in workmanship resulting in loss of or faulty function (under normal use and conditions).
• All work up to code at date of service.
• Warranty is void if any modifications are made to the work provided by Mike’s Electric.
• Warranty is void if loss of or faulty function is caused by the negligence of the customer.

Parts:

• 1 Year from service date.
• All materials covered.
• Does not cover consumable products (including but not limited to lamps and ballasts).
• Does not cover products that become obsolete due to advances in technology.
