We are quite selective about the men and women we bring to the team. We carefully choose each employee so we can guarantee to our customers a team of highly skilled professionals and top-tier electricians to be assigned to their projects. Take a look below and get to know our friendly, incredibly talented, staff.
Here at Mike’s Electric, we’re a team full of dog lovers—and we’re lucky enough to have an office dog of our own…Meet Marley! Marley is so good at unifying the group by organizing a team recess! Of course, recess is usually playing a rousting game of fetch. And sure, chatting with your co-workers when you arrive in the office is nice, but there’s nothing like seeing a face like this to start your day off right. Marley is always ready to greet with a smile, her fellow employees and anyone who stops by.
Allyson, a member of the Mollenhauer family, is the Finance Manager for Mike’s. She oversees the company finance department and is responsible for all the day to day A/R, A/P, purchasing, and office management. Additionally, working closely with our entire staff, Allyson creates the operating budget and all financial reports that drive the business.
Brad, a member of the Mollenhauer family, is our Field Supervising Electrician. Over a decade ago, Brad began his tenure with Mike’s Electric as a Level I Apprentice. After becoming a Journeyman electrician, he went on to earn his General Supervising Electrician License and became one of Mike’s Signing Supervisors. While still working in the field as a Journeyman electrician, he is also responsible for managing electrical and shop staff when related to electrician responsibilities, electrical jobs/projects, as well as shop security and aspects of material handling.
Doug, Mike’s Senior Estimator and Signing Supervisor, has been with the company since 2001. Doug has 20 plus years in the industry and works with Mike’s customers for the best viable options to add, update or repair their electrical needs. His experience and knowledge of construction along with his unique knowledge of State of Oregon and National Electrical Codes make him an extremely valuable member of the team.
Amanda, Mike’s Scheduling Service Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day job operation of our Scheduling Department. Amanda works directly with Mike’s customers and local municipalities; scheduling workorders, pulling permits, and scheduling service inspections.
Michael, Mike’s Service Scheduling Coordinator, is second in command of Mike’s Service Team. He works directly with Mike’s customers and local municipalities; scheduling customer jobs, pulling permits, and scheduling service inspections. In addition, Michael manages all the IT Systems and Software that Mike’s uses to stay on top of the elite services we strive to provide our customers.
Kim, Mike’s Service Scheduling Coordinator, is the third member of our Service Scheduling Team. Along with Amanda and Michael, Kim works closely with Mike’s customers to maintain and organize job data by managing bids, work orders, and customer inquiries. She is involved in service scheduling ranging from the initial contact to job completion.
Karin, our Accounts Receivable Administrator, handles all the customer billing and receivables for Mike’s. Working in the finance department under Allyson, Karin is extremely professional, friendly, and deeply involved in our quest for complete customer satisfaction. Questions regarding your bill or payment? She’s the one to call.
Rob, a member of the Mollenhauer family, is the Creative Director for Mike’s. Rob is responsible for all Marketing, advertising, website design, social media design, vehicle decals, photography, and countless other creative projects. He makes sure all of our branding and marketing reflects the high quality services we strive to maintain.
Dick, Mike’s Parts and Yard Supervisor, works with the Scheduling Team and Electricians on each job to make sure that all needed parts are ordered and available on the day the job is scheduled. If the Electrical Service Team finds they need another part while on the job, Dick runs down the part and makes sure it is quickly delivered to the worksite so that our technical team can remain working.
Tim, Mike’s Yard and Warehouse Materials Handler, works with Dick, the Scheduling Team, and Electricians, providing needed assistance and maintenance in yard and warehouse. He is instrumental in maintaining inventory, checking in shipments, returning parts, and organizing stock. Tim often provides deliveries of needed parts, so you may see him on the road, at the material vendors, and at work sites.
Mike’s Electrical Service Team consists of Oregon Licensed Journeymen Electricians who have completed 8 semesters (576 hours) in the classroom and 8,000 hours of on-the-job training. Most of our electricians have been with Mike’s many years, having started with us as Apprentices. Currently with us and enrolled at the JATC are our Oregon Licensed Apprentice Electricians. We are quite selective about the men and women we bring to the team so that we can guarantee to our customers a group of highly skilled and professional electricians will be assigned to their projects.
