The role our company plays in keeping people connected is incredibly important in times like these. We have been increasing best safety practices, which includes having in place proper contingency plans to ensure service continuity for you, our customers.
We wanted to share with you some steps we are taking.
Protecting our employees and customers
The safety and well-being of our employees and our customers is always priority one at Mike’s Electric. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and following recommendations from the WHO and CDC to keep our employees and customers safe.
As our employees interact with customers and the general public, we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus by putting in to practice safe behaviors for every environment – from customer homes and businesses to our service vans and offices. We have partnered with manufacturers to source sanitizing products and protective supplies and have set in place protocols for use to all employees.
As well, any Employees who feel ill have been told to not report to work and we have specific quarantine and communication procedures in place should an employee be diagnosed with COVID-19 or is asked to self-isolate by a public health authority.
Our commitment to our customers and our communities
We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our communities, but we need your help. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and have a scheduled appointment, please let our office know so that we can discuss options with you. We are happy to change your appointment, if needed.
We plan to be operating as usual in the next weeks and will continue to monitor the situation as events unfold. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
As always, thank you for being a customer and for your continued trust as we manage through this time together.
